I took my mother here during a drive through Newburyport and I am so glad I did. The staff made us feel like regulars on our very first visit. Marlene was our waitress and was very kind to my mother as we enjoyed our delicious meals very much! There was another waitress that was also very nice (and cute!). Feel free to pass my email along if she is single :-) All flirting aside, I can't wait to go back here again, it's a terrific place to go!

The food is amazing as is the service. I love how the owners have honored the history of the site by displaying artifacts from the mill throughout. The welcoming atmosphere is complemented by the attentive staff!

Fantastic!! Stopped here because Nancy's was closed. Well. It was amazing. Had the triple scrambled breakfast. Staff was great. Please was super clean. So our new go too spot!!

Are you looking for a pleasant place to have a reasonably priced breakfast or lunch? The Riverside Cafe is just the place for you!! There is indoor AND outdoor seating in a very convenient location with plenty of parking. And the FOOD is simply delicious!! I tried the fluffy blueberry pancakes and my friend had the Eggs Benedict with Homemade Hash. Spectacular!! I would highly recommend this place and I am planning to return very soon!! Bravisimo!!

Riverside is, in my opinion, the best & most convenient café in the area. I got to meet the new owner, Alberto! He's a super nice guy, has been in the biz for over 10 years and just started his newest endeavor here in Newburyport. I'm glad that the new management is taking good care of their staff and food. Definitely recommend it! 10/10

I love this place! I've been back multiple times for breakfast and recently took my dad for lunch. Love the blueberry muffins, bacon, sausage, eggs are always perfect and the home fries are awesome!! Big food/short money. Well worth it!

Great breakfast and their chicken fingers and onion rings are to die for. I go 1-2 times a week.
